Members elected to serve Burntisland on Fife Council

  • Voters in Burntisland went to the polls on Thursday 3rd May

Voters in Burntisland took the chance to have their say on local issues this week, to elect new local representatives to serve on Fife Council as Scotland went to the polls in local elections.

After all the votes had been counted, the following three candidates were elected to serve as councillors for the Burntisland, Kinghorn and West Kirkcaldy ward for the next five years.

Peter George – Labour
George Kay – SNP
Susan Leslie – Liberal Democrat

The full results for all wards are still being confirmed at the time of writing, but you can find vote totals, and the final make up of the council here on the Fife Council website.
